(Commercial Freezer & Chiller)

  1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of commercial fridges from Cool Lab Enterprise (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By signing a rental agreement or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  2. Rental Period

    • The rental period begins on the date of delivery and continues until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
    • Minimum rental duration: [Insert duration, e.g., 6 months].

  3. Rental Fess & Payment

    • Monthly rental fees are payable in advance by the [insert due date, e.g., 1st of each month].
    • Payments must be made via [insert accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card, etc.].
    • Late payments may incur a penalty of [insert % or fixed fee].
    • Important Note: If rental payment is not received within [insert grace period, e.g., 14 days] after the due date, we reserve the right to remotely disable the fridge’s power supply until payment is settled.
    • Any losses, damages, or spoilage of goods resulting from the fridge being turned off due to non-payment will be solely borne by the customer.
    • Service will be restored once outstanding payments are cleared.

  4. Security Deposit

    • A refundable security deposit of [insert amount, e.g., RM500] is required before delivery of the fridge.
    • The deposit will be held to cover:
      • Damages beyond normal wear and tear
      • Loss of equipment
      • Unpaid rental fees or penalties
    • The deposit (or balance after deductions) will be refunded within [insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days] after the fridge is returned in good condition and all outstanding payments are cleared.

  5. Delivery & Installation

    • We will deliver and install the fridge at your premises.
    • Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
    • You are responsible for providing suitable access and space for installation.

  6. Use of Equipment

    • The fridge must be used only for lawful commercial purposes.
    • You must not sublet, resell, or transfer the fridge to third parties.
    • You are responsible for proper care and routine cleaning of the fridge.

  7. Maintenance & Repairs

    • We will provide maintenance and repair services for normal wear and tear.
    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair will be charged to you.
    • You must notify us immediately of any malfunction.

  8. Ownership

    • The fridge remains the property of [Your Company Name] at all times.
    • You acquire no ownership rights by renting the fridge.

  9. Termination

    • Either party may terminate the rental agreement with [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice.
    • We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach this Agreement or fail to make payments.
    • Upon termination, you must return the fridge in good condition (subject to normal wear and tear).

  10. Liability

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the fridge.
